Refund policy

Refund policy
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met:
• Product is defective
• Product must be unused
• Product must not be damaged
Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed we can’t offer you a refund.

All our products go through a rigorous quality control process, and we take the outmost care to make sure it arrives to you in optimal conditions. If the product does not meet our quality standards, we’ll ship you a new one. Photographic proof of defect is necessary to process a reship.
